dg14 Platform Terms & Conditions of Use

Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using dg14's services. By registering or using this platform, you agree to be bound by all provisions set out below.

Acceptance of Terms & User Eligibility

By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the dg14 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must cease using the platform immediately.

To use dg14's services, you must meet the following requirements:

Be at least 18 years of age or have reached the age of majority as required by the laws of your jurisdiction.
Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
Not prohibited from using online betting services under any applicable law.
Using the platform for personal use only and not for any commercial purpose without prior written consent from dg14.

Dg14 reserves the right to reject any registration application or terminate the account of any user who does not meet these eligibility requirements, without prior notice.

Account Registration, Security & User Responsibilities

Account Creation & Management

Each user is only permitted to register one (1) account on the dg14 platform. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances without compensation.

You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided during registration is accurate, complete, and up to date. dg14 reserves the right to request identity verification at any time for compliance and security purposes.

Password & Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account login details. All activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility, whether carried out by you or by any third party who gains access due to your negligence.

If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify dg14 immediately through the customer support channel. We are not liable for any losses resulting from your failure to safeguard your login credentials.

Platform Usage Rules & User Conduct

Users of the dg14 platform are prohibited from doing any of the following:

Using automated software, bots, or any unauthorised methods to access or interact with the platform.
Attempting to hack, damage, or disrupt the security of the platform's systems and infrastructure.
Impersonating another user or providing false identity information.
Exploiting any technical bugs or system vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.
Engaging in any activity that violates Malaysian law, or using the platform for money laundering purposes.
Transferring, selling, or granting account access to any third party without written authorisation from dg14.

Violations of any of the above rules may result in immediate account suspension or closure, and dg14 reserves the right to pursue appropriate legal action.

Payment Policy, Deposits & Withdrawals (MYR)

All transactions on the dg14 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring that the payment methods used are valid and registered in their own name. The use of third-party payment methods without authorisation is strictly prohibited.

Deposits will be credited to your account once confirmed by the payment processor. Processing times vary depending on the payment method chosen, and typically range from a few minutes to one business day. dg14 is not responsible for delays caused by the user's bank or any third-party payment processor.

Withdrawals will be processed upon successful verification of the user's identity and are subject to any applicable bonus terms. Withdrawal requests that meet all requirements will be processed within the timeframe stated in the platform's help section.

Dg14 reserves the right to freeze or withhold any transaction that raises reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity or that violates these platform terms, while an internal investigation is conducted.

Liability Limitations, Intellectual Property & Account Policy

Liability Limitations

Dg14 does not guarantee that the platform will operate without interruption or technical errors at all times. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, dg14 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, or incidental losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform.

Dg14's maximum liability to any user shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that user in the thirty (30) days preceding the claim.

Intellectual Property & Platform Content

All content on the dg14 platform, including but not limited to logos, text, graphics, user interfaces, and software code, is the exclusive property of dg14 and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Users may not copy, redistribute, modify, or exploit any platform content for commercial purposes without prior written consent from dg14.

Account Suspension & Closure

Dg14 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account without prior notice where there is evidence or reasonable suspicion of a breach of these terms, fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any conduct that is harmful to the platform or other users.

Users whose accounts are closed due to violations are not entitled to reclaim any remaining balance. Users who voluntarily close their accounts may submit a withdrawal request for any valid remaining balance, subject to a final review by the security team.

Third-Party Links & Changes to Terms

The dg14 platform may contain links or references to third-party services. dg14 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party websites or services.

Dg14 reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon being posted on the platform. Continued use of the platform after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Users are encouraged to review this page periodically.

Applicable Law & Dispute Resolution

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with the use of the dg14 platform shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the user and dg14 management.

Should negotiation fail to reach a resolution within thirty (30) days, the dispute shall be referred to a court of competent jurisdiction in Malaysia. Users hereby agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts for any legal action arising from the use of this platform.
